Is this email a scam???
Are you confused about whether or not an email is a scam or not?
Forward the entire suspicious email to us at scams @ compasspointpi.com (remove the spaces) and one of our investigators will take a quick look and reply back with ”This is probably a scam” or “This is probably a legitimate email” as soon as we are able. If it is a scam, we will also explain to you why we believe it to be a phishing attempt and then forward the email to Federal Trade Commission as well as the proper complaints departments of the web host providers where the fake website is posted.
There is no charge for this service but please be patient as we are a busy private investigations agency and finding free time to review the hundereds of emails we receive daily and personally reply to each of them can take some time.
